Our project managers offer a wide range of design help that is free and know ways that can save you money. Many times we can solve a design or structural problem.

Once you are ready to move forward and bring in an architect we can help you find one that fits your project. For example some clients need plans just adequate enough to go to the building department. We can complete specifications that are not included in the plans, example. type of windows and doors, sizes of moldings, size of cabinets and etc. Other clients want everything to be included on the plans, right down to the color of the paint on the wall.

We find that projects where we are involved at the planning stage, work with the architect and carry out to completion, give our client’s the best outcomes within their budget.

Ugly Sign, Beautiful Craftsmanship
When founder, Bob Hume started RGH Development over 37 years ago, he wanted a beautiful carved wood sign representing the exceptional craftsmanship that was his trademark. The sign maker he went to said what he really needed was something that would grab people's attention. And that is what he gave him! The traffic-stopping, and now signature yellow and red RGH Development sign, of a finger pointing to active projects has become part of the RGH experience. Although Bob endured lots of teasing about it, it did work and after over 37 years, we still use it.
