Going Green

By attending trade shows and working with our suppliers, we keep current on the latest green technologies and energy saving options. Some of the components we currently use are high-efficiency heating, cooling and hot water heaters, and the latest insulation products. As a company we recycle all cardboard and demolition materials. Whenever possible, we will recover materials and reuse them.

Ugly Sign, Beautiful Craftsmanship
When founder, Bob Hume started RGH Development over 37 years ago, he wanted a beautiful carved wood sign representing the exceptional craftsmanship that was his trademark. The sign maker he went to said what he really needed was something that would grab people's attention. And that is what he gave him! The traffic-stopping, and now signature yellow and red RGH Development sign, of a finger pointing to active projects has become part of the RGH experience. Although Bob endured lots of teasing about it, it did work and after over 37 years, we still use it.
