Gean Sangineto

After renovating her own homes, Gean fell in love with construction. She has been working with RGH Development since 2000 and her greatest success comes from helping her customers’ dreams come true. She believes careful planning at the beginning of the project is crucial to its success.

Paul Vicari

Paul is a second-generation residential builder whose family has constructed and renovated homes for over 20 years. He works directly with clients during the home building or renovation process, serving as the liaison between the office and the jobsite from start to finish. Paul has completed the Copperfield Chimney course and is currently pursuing LEED certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. He is very passionate about his work and takes a personal interest in every job.

Mark Byra

What separates us from other construction companies in the area is that we have Mark! Mark is our office manager who coordinates daily tasks with project managers in the field. Mark joined our team in 2005 and since immediately became a key member of the organization. There is always someone in the office to handle any issues or concerns.
