Bob Hume
RGH Development Co. was started in the 1972 by Bob Hume. A native of Maplewood, NJ, Bob has been serving happy clients in the area since he was a teenager. Now, with many years of experience, Bob has helped shape and build Essex, Morris, Union, and Somerset Counties.
RGH Development Co. currently employs a highly qualified team of professionals. We have a large assortment of highly skilled professionals that have specific focuses and trades. Finding and retaining this talent lead RGH Development Co. to the successful company that it is now.
Bill Preston
Bill has been with the company since 2003. He has completed many successful construction projects. His ability to communicate with the homeowner and manage projects to completion have created a long list of satisfied customers.
Gean Sangineto
After renovating her own homes, Gean fell in love with construction. She
has been working with RGH Development since 2000 and her greatest
success comes from helping her customers’ dreams come true. She believes
careful planning at the beginning of the project is crucial to its
success.
Paul Vicari Paul is a second-generation residential builder whose family has constructed and renovated homes for over 20 years. He works directly with clients during the home building or renovation process, serving as the liaison between the office and the jobsite from start to finish. He is very passionate about his work and takes a personal interest in every job.
Mark ByraWhat separates us from other construction companies in the area is that we have Mark! Mark is our office manager who coordinates daily tasks with project managers in the field. Mark joined our team in 2005 and immediately became a key member of the organization. There is always someone in the office to handle any issues or concerns.
